I mean it's a store-by-store decision in most cases, and seeing as we don't know where you live we can't tell you if your local store will be open that late for GTA IV. I would only go if I felt it was worthwhile for example if a shop like Gamestation offer free Grand Theft Auto IV merchandise or completions etc. I can definitely see the bigger retailers like GAME and Zavvi having a midnight launch in Oxford Street London. Think about it, they didn't do it for SA and less people probably own 360s and PS3s than they did PS2s back then. It's not worth their while paying staff overtime for 1 game.
