If EA buy T2 it could give Jack a loophole because it wouldn't be T2 anymore. It doesn't matter either way; Jack's disbarrment is almost a certainty on April 21st (if there was still a chance to not be disbarred he threw it away last week when he sent a vague bomb threat the Supreme Court). Plus Jack has tried to ban games before; every Judge has ruled against him claiming that games ARE covered by the First Ammendment. It's ironic really; Jack was obviously trying to set a legal precident and proove games aren't covered under free speach (thus making it easier to ban other games), all he's done is the exact opposite. It did make me think of Thompson when I read about it. Thompson really needs to get a life. Maybe he should take up tiddywinks or backgammon to take his mind off GTA.
