He's most likely thinking of a mod that will introduce the fuel system. Even Sam Houser admitted his idiocy (his own words) after suggesting the fuel system for GTA: SA. This man speaks the truth. whilst the second part of his statement is right, 'they stole the truck from a dude filling up' the first parts is not, 'it seems like you or peds will be able to...' you cannot fill up and will not need to. though i wish it was so. I love how people throw the term 'hater' around simply because their view isn't the prevalent one. As for refueling, it wasn't in the Xbox version of Mafia so it must've been PC- but we're not talking PC here are we since PC won't be getting IV for the time being and if EA gets the game, maybe never. THAT would suck, for the pc gamers anyways. How does refueling a car add to the game? I hate refueling my car IRL, why the hell would I want to do it in a game? Stuck Behind the Bus anyone? Sheesh.
