lt_yao
what do you mean attack? is it so hard to say take2 no? Yes it is hard because shareholders are the ones who's decisions will tell if the company is being sold or not, or something like that. Damn it I'm pretty much sure that GTA IV is going to be ruined...

dave1927p
Well it over for take two. The company is run by shareholders, like all other corporations like cocacola, tim hortons, microsoft, bestbuy..etc. All of these shareholders are millionaires, some even billionaires and own shares in other big corporations too, maybe even in EA. All the shareholders want is more money, more money, more money. Thats alll they want. It looks like an offer they can't refuse. EA knows how the bussiness is run so they go directly through the shareholders, who the boss/ceo directs to which is a dirty move but in the long run they are all in it for the money, that's just bussiness for you. They are going to make at least one sequel per year and its going to be old, bland and stale, like GTA LCS and VCS, pretty much new missions+cars+other crap but no innovative gameplay that would make the game unique. It would be like a roster update for a sports game. Edited March 13, 2008 by crackhead91090
alb-mac
That EA guy looks like an a$$hole just from looking at him. I don't like him very much because of what he's doing BUT I have a question...Do you guys think Take-2 will make more money if EA buys or w.e or will they make more money by themselves? Themselves, Initially they would make more money but GTA would be a dead franchise which would impact on them later.

StephanL
Yeah, and they will probadly try to dump realism and just make the map 5 times bigger... Just like the FIFA games, packed with teams but with no good realism.. No, just kiddin' But i think R* needs to stand firm and they'll probadly do. They will protect their own style !!! They need to protect their own style, for the love of GTA !!

Eddie280
Everyones got this gripe about EA. But why dont Rockstar just change Publisher?
Vercetti21
f*ck. Now EA is going to get money off of GTA, even though they haven't done sh*t. who cares, its not like ea would do anything to gta Yeah, except we'll start seeing ridiculous advertisements for "FIFA SPORTS!!!1!" or "MADDEN 09!!" and all the other sh*tty EA games that they destroy. Everyones got this gripe about EA. But why dont Rockstar just change Publisher? I believe they are in a contract right now with Take-Two, so although it may not be permanent, EA will most likely get their hands on the next GTA for a little while.
