yonkers749 Posted March 14, 2008 Share Posted March 14, 2008 wait, a company wont sell shares of more than 49% of their company so that they have majority rule. so even if EA buys ALL the shares, Take 2 will still control 51%, so EA couldnt really do anything, right?
