Why dont they just acquire T2 instead of taking over it. Once EA get at T2's shareholders and manage to convince them into it, Take 2 will be powerless.. The shareholders will have the final say.. Take2 is owned by numerous shareholders, a hostile takeover is basically where EA would offer the individual shareholder a great deal behind the board, thus slowing buying their shares and in the end gaining control.
