Southside Dukes Ballas
I'd rather go back to an updated SA or a newer city but an updated VC would be coll as well with a bigger surrounding area. I would want to play as a Cuban or Hatian gangster who's trying to build an Empire and works for Tommy just to kill him and start a war and take all his assest. Also if it were to be in VC again I'd hope either present time or in the 70s or 80s and the same goes for if they had an updated SA taking place in the 70s or 80s or present time. And will people for the love of christ stop saying GTA 5. GTA 5 probably won't come out until the next batch of consoles or if this gen is longer than 6 years at the end 2011 or 2012 more than likely. I didn't do it... precisely because it irritates me too... GTA V may not be on the next console but it is a ways off-- Edited March 26, 2008 by Spuds725 Spuds' GTA V 100% Checklist // My IV & Vice City Videos "I want to design a video game where you take care of all the people shot in all the other video games.... ZaZ9291
One thing that we have not seen yet is an asian protagonist so I think that we should have a triad protagonist in like japan/ china or something. But i would like to see a new VC too.
Claude GTA3
I'd actually like for them to refurbish the old cities, since they made LC look like a **** smear. Edited March 31, 2008 by Spuds725

RONIN1191
Would you guys think it too much, if R* decided to remake Vice? Personally I would be really interested to play that game, I felt that Vice City had alot of potential to be played out in future installments, unlike San Andreas. I'm not sure how the story would go or what time period it could take place in, but I think Rockstar could pull through on yet another amazing game. If GTA4 goes well, which I'm sure it will. Will prove that the fans are willing to accept remakes and new renditions of places we have all come to love. This is my ultimate dream...a nextgen treatment for Vice City. I want it set in the 80s as well - for nostalgic reasons. Anyone who grew up in that era knows what I'm talkin about- when Vice City first came out, I was TOO excited to get it. I was not disappointed either...in fact, of all of the GTA games in the franchise, I've logged the most hours in VC- I just kept going back for more. SA I racked up quite a bit, but I just didn't connect with it as much as I did with III and VC...III because it was a stylized version of NY and I'm a NYer born and raised, and it was my reintroduction into the franchise (having played the original on PC years before but got turned off by the top down view); VC for its take on the 80s culture. I have no ties with gangs or the WC...hell, with the exception of Ice Cube, Snoop and Dre, I don't even like their music. It was fun, RPG-esque elements sort of set it apart from previous installments, cleaner visuals...but w/out that connection, it just wasn't as fantastic as the others. Still was great though; and I'm mad that my PS2 and XBOX along with the games catalogs are gone, because I just recently found out how I was SUPPOSED to fly the VTOL. I hope and pray they give VC a nextgen makeover...that would RAWK. @ Zaz - who cares what nationality he is, so long as he KICKS A$$!!! I didn't play Yakuza, but to me that was sort of a GTA spin off, without cars though. How was it? Edited April 2, 2008 by RONIN1191

super_slav
The next GTA will not be GTA V because IV will be a new chapter. GTA VC and SA were part og GTA 3. Am I making sense?
