Devils Son Posted March 13, 2008 Share Posted March 13, 2008 After seeing the pictures of Coney Island(GTA version), I wonder if they'll be a CI Gang like The Warriors. I have and Love that Game. Even if their a small time pac of thugs or bikers, I would love to see a LC Gang in that area. If there isn't, I'm going to start one(Clan-Wise). I'll call up a few friends(On Niko's phone) and tell them to meet me at our territory in Coney Island/or whatever it's called. Or like the movie, we can try to make it back to Broker. Good Idea or Bad Idea? EXCELLENT IDEA. I'd like it if you got a job from Snow or Ajax (Cleon didn't make it, did he?) or any of'm you know? That movie rocked, the game rocked- f*ckin awesome. I gave the game to my sister, she likes the beatemups just like her big bro, and the movie, I got when it came out on dvd. STILL AWESOME. his names Swan not snow. i used to love grabbing hold of somone and knifing them in the ribs(ingame)! There's Swan and Snow. Swan takes over as warchief after Cleon's killed. Snow is the beefy black guy with the 'fro. I can't believe how many of you have played the game but not seen the film! It would be completely awesome to see some form of them in GTAIV, not sure if it'll happen, but seeing James Remar reprise Ajax would be fantastic... again it probably wont due to copyright, royalties etc. One thing that could be doable was say, have the Satan's Mothers (A gang from The Warriors game that Rockstar "made up" for the game storyline.) show up, maybe being based in Coney, that would be awesome. It's one of R*'s Best. The Warriros, GTAs, and Midnight Clubs are Must Plays, IMO. I agree gta,midnight club series n warriors are all awesome! Also the film is a classic. Anyway on topic i hope they put some easter egg in reference to the warriors. Maybe like in an alley way there is a tramp with bottles on his fingers shouting "Warriors come out to play". I think they really(sometimes) just make other games to test for GTA(their best games). Like making a ping-pong game to test the RAGE engine for GTA and Midnight Club LA. Even ported to PSP, it is as good as the PS2 version I read. Well...The game is based on How the gang got started, time before the movie, and gameplay based on the movie about their adventures throughout New York. Features probably wanted by some are: - Using almost any object as a weapon. - Bruises on the body and face, when getting into fights. - Good police system.(When wanted, you can hide in the shadows) You can also resist arrest, Or even put cops/other gang members in cuffs! - Better, WAAAAAYYYYY BETTER Gang A.I.! - ppl getting ran over/hit by trains in live fights.(not just cutscenes) - Some peds who actually put up a good fight, or help others. - Drug usage. - Waaaaayyyyyy Better Fighting system! - etc...I could go on forever. Slamman Posted March 13, 2008 Share Posted March 13, 2008 (edited) I had problems with the painting competition, actually rather hard! I haven't finished the game, needless to say, but in essence... Free Roam in the limited area to practice things and just have fun with it. When the police gang up on you, it's best to know when to cut and run. Give 'em the slip and you can watch the HUD's cop-o-meter shrink.... the radius around the HUD map is a blue bar, and in relation to GTA 4's system, the blue or red wanted indicator will be within the circle HUD we are familiar with, so more then the whole section they are looking in, this time it's much more specific to a last seen location. Peds in Warriors game call the cops and let you know they are fed up with the crime in their location!
