I certainly hope so, but it doesn't seem likely considering Rockstar's stance on character customization for this GTA entry. Hopefully they'll eventually be able to implement this in the most realistic way yet. I always wanted to have a character with truly customizable facial hair (I'm balding ridiculously at age 24 and facial hair is the only hair I have that I can style... yay genetics). I want hair that grows and changes the 3d mesh, not just ads a darkened decal to the facial area to make it look like hair is growing. Wake me when I can grow a Rip Van Winkle beard.
