Ummm. which do i get for it its always just been on ps2 now theres 2 systems for it. Well which one should i buy to get it on also how much do they cost in money? And niether will the PS3, you need a wii In all seriousness just get the one you like the look of the most. The xbox360 is cheaper but the PS3 will be around longer hence the higher price, they both have good exclusives (360 has Gears of war and Halo and the PS3 has Uncharted, Resistance, Motorstrom and Rachet and Clank), the 360 will be getting Download content first which is exclusive so if your just getting the system for GTAIV then go with Xbox. Both the 360 and PS3 are $400 in the US. Do some research on the console itself, not just the price.
