No. It's like a completly new game, maybe not as big as GTA IV, but close to it. Some people like the controller of one, the games of the other, the compatibility of of one, the simplicity in all in the other, whatever you want, JUST GET Besides Episodic Content, the 2 games are going to be EXACTLY THE SAME!!! Just get it for PS3 and quit your b*tching. Just always remeber...it's a f*cking game! .....(the best game in the world, no doubt, but a game at that.....)
