Maybe somebody can't find that last hidden package, their final step towards achieving 100% completion. Maybe, just maybe, there are people out there who have some trouble completing games, because they aren't as "skilled" as others (you). After all, this GTA is said to be much tougher than previous entries in the series. Or maybe people will buy it to add to their collection of anything GTA-related.
