Is this messed up?

I downloaded vc mp (i have a PAL vice city) and installed it in program files/ rock star/grand theft auto vice city. When i start it up i click on internet and get this list of severs. When i click on one i get "cannot find installation" and then i installed it in my vice city user files instead but then i get cannot find exe. And when i close it a hundred notice things with some kind of violation 00000000000 suddenly pop up. Can ANYONE ON EARTH HELP ME SOLVE this? Bye the way i use windows vista.
