CarpetDweller Posted March 12, 2008 Share Posted March 12, 2008 Same reason they have PetsOvernight.com on the GTA3 website. Part of GTA's charm is in creating a believable world. Part of what makes it believable are the little features that reflect the real world with a GTA twist. Sprunk is one of them.
