I think it will definately cost money, and yeah you're right, Microsoft is one of the most richest companies in this world today, I really don't see why we should pay, but I guess that's the way it is. As for the price, well, Houser said it would rival a whole new game, so I hope it costs 25-30 dollars. All these xbox fanboys shouldn't be allowed to have a whole game for 10 bucks. Microsoft is this rich because they do this exact thing. I mean, honestly you think Microsoft is doing this 'for the fans?' Nope. They payed 50 million to guarantee that you'll a) pay for xbox live ($50 year) and b) drop $20-30 (maybe more?) on an expansion. Now multiply this by a few million gamers, and you see really quickly that that 50 million was just an investment - they'll make it back real quick. Microsoft is fail, the second they see something they can make money on they jump for it. Halo 1 was amazing, but Halo 2 and 3? Just sequels with nothing that great (except for the online gameplay of course). But they pushed and hyped and had commercials and posters and magazine articles a FULL year before H3 release hyping it up to be the greatest game ever, when in fact it was mediocre at best. (&& FYI: I am a major Halo fan, I was in H3 beta testing, so I like the game but this is just the sad truth of it). If it was up to Microsoft, they'd push for GTA4: 2 and GTA4: 3 all with 'EXCLUSIVE TO M$' CONTENT! It's just a marketing ploy, if money is not a factor and you don't care about lining M$'s pockets even more - then have fun with your 360. (ps.
