fox09
I'll never understand why bassists need more than 4 strings. Sure, it gives you more range, but as far as playing it goes, you need hands the size of pizzas to actually get your fist around it. I'll stick with my four-string, 20 year-old, Yamaha BB300, thankyouverymuch. Oh, and on-topic: Win.
Napalm Jason
Now that I think about it, I'd like to frame my CD copy of Open Hostility and post it on my wall. It's super rare and would mean a lot. They didn't make any vinyl versions so I am sh*t out of luck. I have a hard time doing anything like redecorating my room because I don't think I will be there for more than two and a half more years, granted, that's still a long time but when I do stuff I'd rather do it knowing I don't have to change it any time soon. What are some places that do framing? I know Michael's does, but I really don't want some old lady dressing an Incubus vinyl in some flowery sixties sh*t. Woody510
Woody, six string? Does that mean an extra low and high B? Nah, Low B High C. I agree, six string aren't neccesary, but i live in a very small town with even fewer musicians, so pretty much every band i've ever been in has been a three piece. It just gives us a bit of a fuller sound, sort of makes up for the lack of a rythm guitarist.

I'm not sure what they have for colors and sh*t at the store near you, but the ones my Michaels have look like this, except black instead of gray.
