This is grounds for Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive Software bringing a lawsuit upon you. The game ends with Niko dying. Then, instead of letting you free roam after he dies on the last mission, the camera remains fixed on Niko's body. It sucks, but it might make more sense in the future when we play it. Maybe Tommy Vercetti gets killed? (or the last mission is to kill him). That would be a bit of a shock, to have to kill the main character of a game we all love, vice city. This is where you choose the gender, race, and face of the sequel's hero. Yes, if you choose a female, it will actually be a post-op tranny. XY chromosomal pair and everything. Yeah, except for the MtF sexchange (or the ability to appear like a woman at all) wasn't an option. But yeah, "Major Reconstructive Surgery" seems to be the new trend in explaining being able to choose one's face. I always thought "birth" would be an interesting minigame.
