How do i find original un touched IDE lines?

Hello, I am automatically replacing some cars in GTA vice city...

 

But i have the option of changing the handling and I always get an Error on the IDE line, Which would not be a big deal if I knew the IDE line of each car, LOL

 

So How do I find the IDE line of the cars already in the game? Or does anybody have a TEXT document already made up to help aid in custom installs?

Oh and I really need the one for the washington ASAP!

I'm stuck in the middle of trying to install a mod right now!

Well, that's why you need backups.

 

Those lines would generally be in the vehicles.ide file in San Andreas, in the data folder.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think Vice City has that same folder and file name.

 

As for the car you're currently trying to install, you can always overwrite it with another one.

Well I installed one and as far as I know it has worked, I just cant find it:( I used the Idaho and replaced it with a 1989 crown victoria and I used the handling from the Sabre Turbo for my new car...yet i just cant find it. Oh and I backed up the old file.

 

So I am replacing the washington now....But the program keeps loading up with the wrong IDE(none at all!)

 

Another good question is where do i find the cheet to drop cars, Like the Idaho I replaced?

Ugha I got mad at it and deleted the game....LOL!.....I'll try again after I get more info on IDE lines....

 

Any help would be great.....I got the Modding program to work But my mods didn't show up.....Yet that car I replaced disappeared...WTF??? Lame......I'm going to Try to work On my Most Faverite GTA game....San Andreas.....soon.

 

I just have to get it for PC first...lol
