I like their green colour and they own a lot of turf (Depending on the choice of the player). At first, they aren't so powerful. But, they do get stronger throughout the game. And I know that the GSF are just a street gang, but I haven't played VCS. So, that's why I'm not voting for the Vance Crime Family. Are they considered organized crime? But Grove have more chances since Lance is at most just an idiot if Vic gets out of the business. But Grove had loads of more OG's in some way and they both had good weaponry. Grove Street ftw since I think of them as the best gang R* ever created. But Vance Crime Family were really big at their time! 4-3 Grove Street wins! And woohoo - The Leone's finally gave up with their fanbase. FINAL MATCH!!!! radicell Posted July 26, 2008 Share Posted July 26, 2008 WARNING This Gang War Tournament has been heavily compromised by three members, Angelo Leone, Mickey O'Neil, and SharkOwnage27. Plenty of times they have all voted for the same gang within minutes of each other. In this post in the BUYG topic, Angelo Leone even admit that "brother accounts" were being used. Well, they could be brothers, or just one person controlling the same topic. All I'm saying is, if they are indeed brothers, then what's happening is that one brother logs in, votes for one gang, logs off immediately, a second brother logs in, votes for the same gang, and logs off immediately, then the third brother logs in, votes for the same gang again (often, this isn't needed since a gang will have won already). Personally, I think multiple accounts are being used here, but I'll let the Gang War coordinators decide about that.. Three posts by the three suspected accounts voting for the SAME gang, within ONE MINUTE of each other. Don't know about everyone here, but I seriously doubt three brothers would log-on immediately after each other just to voice their opinions of a battle of virtual gangs in a video game. Another example of the same situation. And this one, too. Mickey O'Neil didn't post since the second "brother"'s post already rounded up the fight. Seeing a pattern here? I sure am. I really am getting carried away here. f*ck. You get the general idea. I'm not saying explicitly that this is a triple account, it could really be a set of video-game-obsessed brothers. All I'm saying is, in my opinion, someone is exercising multiple accounts, and that the results of this gang war tournament has definitely been compromised if that is the case. Despite Grove's positives, Carl Johnson always seemed to me like he had a soft spot, he wasn't Tommy Vercetti, bad-ass and ruthless. And since Carl is like the co-leader of the Grove's, and the Colombians are experts when it comes to ruthlessness, mercilessness, and cold-bloodedness, I've got to go with the Colombian Cartel. The Cartel - the whole city's scared of them, the cops, the soldiers, SWAT, all of them are scared to play with them and their SPANK. They are ruthless and I personally think they are 'affiliated' with GSF Because CJ and Catalina link to each other and both are friends with the Triads. CJ > Catalina and Sweet > Miguel, yeah I know Catalina scared CJ but CJ is much tougher if they would actually have a gunfight. Both have good weaponry and the Cartel are the most ruthless gang. Obviously they wern't as powerful as they could have been in the US, but back in South America, they would have been truly fearsome. CJ is a true gangsta and would destroy both Miguel and Catalina. Its true that they are only a street gang, but they are a powerful one at that. It all comes down to who's territory the gang war is in. The invading gang would probably be destroyed. But, I still like the GSF better. Yes, the "OGF" includes Seville Boulevard Families and what not but I believe it's really "the Grove" or "Grove Street Families" or "GSF" that's being used in these gang wars. Hell, it even says "Grove Street Families" in the BUYG topic, and yes, on the first post of this topic that states all the gangs. Seville Boulevard Families and other OGF sets didn't really play a part in the canon, it was really the GSF that were involved in all the gang sh*t.
