The Cartel were never wiped out. Them and Yakuza had a war over at Fort Staunton but they still held Cedar Grove and the Leone's lost pretty much all of their turf and only had Saint Marks. They had a small cameo in LCS, remember? Flesh-n-Bone: I hate to correct you, but Leone goons do appear in those turfs, too. In both LCS and III. OT: I'm gonna vote for the Columbians because I want somebody else to defeat the Leones. Even though I like the Leones better, I want somebody else to win this tournament. Besides, the Cartel are pretty cool. They are ruthless. Their weapons and cars are good. I also like their clothes. They were a good enemy in III, IMO. The Leones are probably stronger. Well, both gangs are just as strong. They are both criminal organizations and have world-wide factions. But, my vote still goes to the Cartel. And Catalina was crazy. I don't know about LCS, yes I've seen the Leone's in LCS appear all around Portland but in III, only if I have just traveled out of Saint Mark's, one or two might spawn nearby, whether it's Hepburn or Portland View. And I have only seen Triads in Trenton spawning. I don't know, but during all the times I've played III while in Portland I've only seen Leone's spawn nearby Saint Mark's if outside their own turf. On topic: the result is 3-3. The next vote decides one half of the final. To the next voter; when you have voted, please start Vance Crime Family vs. Grove Street as it's the other semi-final match.
