Does anyone have a working mouse fix for GTA:SA ? I usually play with gamepad, but use kb/mouse when testing mods out quickly.

 

Most times I have to alt-tab in and out of the game to get the mouse to work properly (can sometimes take up to 15 goes)

If you mean the mouse getting 'stuck', press Esc twice (Enter the menu, and back to the game), and it should work. Atleast it works on mine..

I think it is Function-X's clouds from ODE1.4.

I will be releasing settings soon in a full package (just have to ask authors permission to include their files first) And I need to sort out my night. Its almost totally black. And i think thats the timecyc's fault tbh, not ENB.

Yeah i do that too. Doesn't always work first cpl times.

I just thought someone might have a proper fix, not a workaround.

 

Does anyone have a link for a CLEO to turn HUD on/off at the press of a key?

@metho - There are 2 ways to turn HUD off : ( CLEO can't do this )

- Camerahack ( setup on keyboard )

- Ingame setting ( Display setting -> HUD -> OFF )

 

@razor - Install fresh game first -> Install ENB

I cannot find no such setting in CamHack. I'm using v1.2 if that helps?

I do know how to do it... at least it helped in my case. You have to run GTA as administrator and eventually in compatibility mode with WIN XP SP1. Have fun

What version of Windows are you running ? I've got Win7 Ultimate x64...

I have Win 7 x32, though it helped on Vista as well. It's a well known trick to destroy this bug. It should help you.

Anyone good here with effect.txt and HLSL ?

 

I want a combination of the DKT70 effect.txt (desaturation, sharpening and HDR) combined with FXAAv3 from the GTAIV thread ...

 

FXAAv3 looks amazing in GTA:SA (you can find this effect file by going to the GTAIV ENB thread, and using the search @ bottom of page)

Now it's a green screen. I can see everything in the game, but the color in the game is just dark green.

 

It kind of looks like this, except it's darker. (THIS IS NOT MY PICTURE, I AM JUST COMPARING IT TO THE NIGHT VISION GOGGLES SCREEN BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE)

I've never encountered this problem, so don't know what to suggest, other than ..

 

Did you install ENB on a clean install of GTA:SA?

 

Otherwise it could be a conflict of mods, and any guess by a member would be a stab in the dark.

I used it on SA and I'm quite surprised with the results I've got! Looks pretty cartoonish but it's cool. I just need to know how I could decrease the 'Bloom' effect in the 0.075c ENB, it's something that's got to do with Bump Mapping cuz I've got Bloom disabled in the ENB Config file :0.

 

This is the only car mod I've installed ingame along with everything from Project Reality except for the ENB setts that came with it.. Bleh I type too much :0.

I've found with Bump Mapping, that disabling bloom in the [EFFECTS] doesn't help, you have to go through and change all values under [bLOOM] to 0
