Nope... Is it a must? lol I do use it for my gta sa game on my old..crappier laptop. But don't use it on my proper game.

Does Deji's Stream Extender have these settings? Those are the values I use for the dark shadows in Sacky's Limit Adjuster.

I use SIE 'specifically for : frame dellay, no blur, no heathaze and license plate filtering (make the license plates more crisper; specially for when using ZAZ's Ultimate Car Spawner (custom license plates if u edit CLEO and replace _ZAZ_))

Sacky's Limit Adjuster has all those options except for frame delay. SIE is brilliant for making the game run so smoothly by disabling effects on crappy laptops!

Rename the d3d9 to something else, And use ENB to load it like this:

Having problems with SALA + NTAuthority fix and getting ENB to work together.

 

Renamed the d3d9.dll of ENB to 2d3d9.dll, and this is contents of saloader.ini

Well if you need ENB with it to then that's why shadows are missing well time use ENB for shadows then.

If someone is interested he can test/ use one of the enbpalettes which I have collected.

Most of them were created by me, some are stock from Boris and some are from ohnoo and Lil'Q

Don't want to act like a bitch or something, but your package cannot work well. In saloader.ini you have line: D3D9_shadow.dll and tehre's no such file in the package ;] I think you could upload everything with enb and change enb settings to default ones?
