Doesn't look like you used my settings. Looks a lot more desaturated compared to mine.

So its just a texture ? It looks like it covers the whole sky, including that in the far landscape; unlike normal clouds

The author of that post, was the author of Starry Sky; where many many stars are placed all over the sky.

 

I was hoping that maybe he had cracked a way to have a proper sky in GTA:SA.

you will then have to find ur way to Kottonschopshop and look into the Shop members file but u will have to have a few posts before u get there i think.... and spamming will only get u a boot so only useful posters get their hands on it
