You should check.....   Your GTA SA Directory files...put enb in the clear original sa directory,move somewhere all mods inside sa directory folder...special check gtasa.exe..   Check Directx on

no i dont think a Radeon 9250 will work with this mod because it only has Pixel Shader 1.4 (DirectX 8.1) and the minum requirements for this mod are Pixel Shader 2.0 (DirectX 9.0 I think) also i think it would be a slide show on the 9250..

because it slows my X1300 (Pixel Shader 3.0) down considerably so i think the anwser is no

Thanks, but as i use AGP, GF 8xxx are a dream for me. I was thinking on a Radeon HD 3850 AGP, would that work with your mod?

well i tried it but i didn't get real time reflections, but im still on high FPS

Just to let you know.. files with .asi extensions are renamed .dll files.. Try it with one of the asi loaders out there for sa... rename the d3d9.dll to lets say... effects.asi and it'll work even with samp i think.

@freak2121: I don't see any difference at all. That screenshot just looks like normal San Andreas graphics.. Are you sure the mod is working on your PC?

Maybe i'm just cursed, but... On my 9600 XT it does NOT work at all... If i set bloom to enabled, some of the wall textures are changing to white, and when i set reflections on, i get pixel salad for breakfast on every vehicle i see :S

Do you Have AA enabled? if you do Disable it did that for me (i have a X1300) and i got pixel salad then i disabled AA and it works fine

Another bug with the reflections. They seem to reflect what is behind that surface, not what is in front of it. Here's a picture to show what I mean:

In the left picture, you can see what it reflects and in the right you see what really is in front of me, and what it should be reflecting.

Can you fix this bug please?

To/@ BorisVorontsov : Man, is nice what your doing with the mod, but one thing, can you make the blur to be more low, I can not see the sky so clearly and my eyes are getting ache a little bit, is to much...man and the light too. To much blur. Can you fix it moto_whistle.gif

Reflection is not exactly projection, some corrections was applied to elliminate chosting trails of oversaturated areas as it was in some older versions.

 

 

To Gunnie:

I can not test mod on Your type of integrated video at all, but it runs on integrated GF class graphics, so hardware capabilities or drivers not let You play. I'll think how to solve this, but not guarantee anything.

 

To theRENEX:

This mod will use another method to handle other d3d9.dll type mods, wait a bit.

 

To stonecoldcrazyx14:

Antialiasing was not included in 0.073a version for ATI cards, because of some hardware limitations for 1xxx series about HDR textures.

Okay, i'll do new preset that disables indirect lightning for faster occlusions, may be another idea about different sampler size will work faster, or smaller occlusion map and of course another filtering method (current is ugly, i know it). With some tricks i plan to increase speed up to twice.

It will work with SAMP.

No, currently radeons lower than 9500 unable to run, it is additional problem that have a solution, but requires some time, also it will be limited by features and quality.

 

To goin-god:

Radeons 3xxx series will work, not tested, but in theory only the drivers may be a problem as the hardware is new.

 

To MasterK:

Sorry, i can't test for hardware as Yours, but 9600XT is not differ too much from 9500, 9550, 9700 and may be it's the drivers problem, or in the driver control panel (in game video setting also) antialiasing is enabled (anisotropy, radeon AI, transparency antialiasing and so on). Check if Anti-aliasing tab set to application controlled, adaptive antialiasing disabled, anisotropic setting application controlled, catalyst A.I. disabled, mipmap detail quality highest, alternative pixel center disabled, tripple buffering disabled, force 24 bit depth z buffer disabled.

To Drunk Russian 9:

Reflections in front of the cars will have a lot of limitations, because i not work with game objects that not sended to renderer, but with some approximation and errors correction i'll try to make reflections of for objects between camera viewpoint and car. By the way, reflection was made just as addition, general idea of ENBSeries is in different things, and it is not GTASA only.

 

To Evj:

May be the game won't start because You don't have D3DX9_26.DLL library from DirectX9? Check if it is exist on Your PC, if not, search and upload. I know _26 is old, but newest compiler have a bug that i don't want to walkaround and change shaders.

 

 

To SkirmisH:

Water reflection? Aren't there any mods for this done yet? If not, i can try, but native reflections in gtasa is not easy to implement, may be water surface will be computed on CPU to not use 3.0 shaders vertex textures or something else, i'll think about it.

Next version will have more parameters for bloom, currently, as i remember, only one for gtasa and 2 in hl2 mod.

 

 

Guys, i have an idea, but not sure if it is interesting and how it will looks like. What about to tesselate cars geometry? Some artifacts may appear, depending from models, but may be it will be better. Another thing is perl reflective cars (not all), last is better quality lightning for characters (or characters (actors) not useful?).

there's something i wanna know: whats the difference between playing with SSAO and playing without it?

i mean, i wanna see screens, if someone could upload some, would be great.

 

even if this mod doesnt work on samp, IT DOES on mta.

Yeah but we don't care about SAMP because MTA sucks (that's my opinion).

i like sa:mp, but i love mta.

maybe you dont know about multiplayer scripting, but lua in mta its a very, VERY flexible scripting platform.

you can do almost anything.

 

i think were getting offtopic.

If your going to add SA:MP support make the cars stop reflecting the HUD and radar, Also just tested it in MTA it seems it reflects the chat and kill list too.

We from the driver community have make your files from the mod in driver PL.....And it works too 4 driver PL look @ the screens.I hope that you make a mod 4 mafia and driver PL.

Hi, I installed the mod successfully and it works good until I turn on occlusion when the framerate drops and it looks like this

Any ideas?

If you will look on the page 2nd od 3rd, then you can see, that I also noticed that I had this problem smile.gif

Turn AlternativeDepth to "0" in enbseries.ini wink.gif

 

borisvorontsov, I have one suggestrion.. In my opinion, "motion blur" in SA sucks...

And I found a very good motion blur, but there is one problem - it's for Live for Speed game smile.gif

But You can see the code of this hack and maybe you can export it to SA and replace old motion blur with this new one?
