Boris, this mod is awesome but it will be cool if it works with SA:MP (San Andreas Multiplayer) which actually is blocking any dll at the game start from prevent cheats, etc. Would you convert the dll of the mod to an *.asi file? If you do so this mod will work for SA-MP too smile.gif.

I want it to work with SAMP too !

Or contact the developpers of the SAMP team to know how to make that modification compatible with SAMP !

 

Boris you should try it first before making new releases... A lot of people are still playing GTA San Andreas thanks to SAMP, like me, and it could be great to have these next-gen graphics in the Multiplayer !

i downloaded this for vice city and now it looks better than any GTA3 based games on the consoloes lol, i bet GTA3 would also, need to digg up my old disc to try it.

Omg, I updated Limit Adjuster and it stopped working with ENB...

It seems that version 8 of limit adjuster has disabled saloader function. I have the same problem, like thousands other people.

What graphics card do you have?

 

Edit:oh nevermind I looked at your previous posts and I know but the reflection shouldn't look like that, try enabling bloom.

what bloom can do in this situation? As I remeber, set DepthBias to 50 or ReflectionBias (or sth like that) to 100.

And... Use older drivers, like 94.xx or 91.xx

For me on 94.xx everything works fine.

For me on 94.xx everything works fine.

its a big step back because i would loose many fixes for game glitches and a little of performace....

 

example: COD4 black textures glitch

 

but yeah u right seems like there are no more drivers except 163.xx wich i just tryed and no difference, imma try 90.xx drivers tonight

latest version( 74g). I have to say, i'm quite impressed by the look of it. But it still needs a hell of optimisation to be comparable to current engine post process systems cost (in frame per second).

 

With the ini tweaked down, it can run fine with 35-40 fps in 1280*1024 on my X1800. There's no real difference between shadows filtering 0-1-2, 3 makes it lag for me.

 

Waiting for next version, and maybe better optimized shader code.

I even tweaked more the shadows setting, to get something real. Not the noisy result everyone gets here, and good performance with it :

I also turned down the bloom quality alot, and the difference isn't that seeable. Here I played the game @800*600 3X AA 16XAF, 45fps. Yes optimisation is possible with this mod. But more can be done with the 'low' level programming.

As you can see I disabled what is for me unplayable at that stage of developement. Gostown having 100 times more object on the screen than SA, it would be hard to get ambient working easy. Of course if I had a 8800GT or more I'd enable ambient and that stuff. I get a 9600GT soon, I'll try more tests.

EDIT :

 

Just tried the new version (74h) and seems to me like the per pixel specular doesn't work. Or at least it's disabled. Is there anything I missed to enable it ?

The 0.074h works well on 7600gt with 169.21 default ini , with good speed (occlusion activated)

when I first start the game it look like :

but , I fix it by ALT+TAB and then return to game and reactivate the mod .

 

Btw, the water is invisible.
