Forget it!!! Boris isnt gonna work on GTA SA anymore... he gave up on this a looooooong time ago... even though we never gave up on him.(and we still havent)

Sad tho... but yeah everyones got a life and im sure Boris is busy doing something USEFUL in his life now

But that's not entirely true, because GTA sa is the best game ever. And I will never get tired of playing it.

Well, IV is the ruling thing this days in GTA Fashion, SA is gone, all changed to IV, just left back the ppl without a descent PC to run it but for sure they wish to change from SA to IV.

Great mod, much respect and thanks to Boris for have spent much of his time make something that upgrades a lot graphically GTA San Andreas, enough to make me stop play GTA IV.

 

The last ENB for San Andreas, 0.075c2, is just marvellous, with this nice bump mapping.

 

I just have a question, maybe already asked, not really motivate to read all the pages to check lol, its when i activate ENB some neons stops (the casinos one in Vegas), things not happening on other 0.075 versions. Is there a way fix it ? Even if its not very important.

EDIT: I recently reinstalled SA and I have a Nvidia GTX260 or the 8900 as it is also called. I can run Lil'Q's settings without the slightest lag but it is too blurry at far distances. I've edited DepthBias but the blurriness hasn't receeded much, if any. Can somebody tell me how to change how far away it becomes blurry because otherwise Lil'Qs settings are great.

EDIT2: Thanks Lil'Q! I spent a while tweaking your settings to everything I liked except the blurriness, but now that's solved I am content. It is a shame I rejoined the SA bandwagon so late because the first time I played it on PC I missed this amazing ENB series and you amazing people who have made SA looks so much better than the original.

I had that problem - all you have to do is download the .dll file from the internet and put it in the folder where gta_sa.exe is located: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?d3dx9_40

 

This is where I got it - actually getting to dl the file is confusing because of the bad layout of the website.

Some screens, to show that even without a high end graphic card (GeForce G100) i can play with ENB (0.075 i used)

 

 

(On the second one, took screen while drivin, bad idea)

(On last one i activated SSAO, things i definitely can't or i lose a lot of framerate (around 3-5)

 

I had to tweak also the enbseries.ini, mixed with bloom and color correction of Lil'Q, reflections of Boris, and the rest by my own, can play max on 1024x768, with a 17-20 framerate, depends places, some it lags more cause of mods installed (SRT 1.7, Real Palms, Cars Modified). I also used timecyc Real of Niko MB, the beta 2 of Lil'Q rendering bad with the palette (prolly cause of my graphic card).

 

Will prolly edit the post as i might take some other screenshots on the evening, its not very impressive aside of lot of yours, but i do it for fun. And on my way, thanks to all tweakers that share their settings, really helps to improve, cannot really make it like this on my own.

 

PS : I might maybe, in close future, change of graphic card, which one will you recommand me of NVidia ?
