Did you ever see totally white sky? Please, understand me. Everything is done with picture editors these days. I mean every competition or show off photos. Trust me, I know what I'm saying. That's why I'm studying this thread too.

Let's take this to the next level. No, to the utmost. Even if there was no interfering in any picture, it's still a picture. Something seen not by our own human eyes. Look and compare a picture made by a camera with what you actually see at the moment. Both views are divided with different details. We may not see this perfectly, because we do not think about it while making a photo. We just want to save a view. Some cameras are so good, that they can do to reality even something like this (you gave me that): http://www.shutterpoint.com/photos/A/20080...0Bride_view.jpg

You will never see this with your eyes. You won't see so many details. You won't get that colors. Even if it's not edited with computer, it's still edited with a camera. Natural eyes does not do that, because we are directly connected to the nature. A camera is... not. You know what I mean?

This is a place where we are supposed to either discuss ENB or post ENB screenshots.... not photoshopped screenshots but the screenshots available via the game itself..........

+ ENB isnt about makin things look exactly like reality.... go to YOUTUBE and type in "ENB series" and view the videos there....There's some videos with yellowish orange sky and highly reflective cars....

But ppl like those things....

Its for every individual's personal choice...

Not all ppl look for reality with ENB.... some want their game to look cartoonish too.......

although i try to get my screenies look as realistic as possible........

Lets get off with the offtopics and post some screenies:

You know what? You couldn't solve the thread better. Sorry, I won't show any more of that. And I'm not lickin' your ass. X)

Oh, and by the way - this verdancy is what I'm talking about! How did you get it by the way?

Now I can explain properly what it means to feel it real in the game. Compare this green with that which I took as an example in the first place. It's darker, greyer, the deep details are covered with shadow made by the sun. I don't remember how it's called, but that's not important. Important is the effect. Try it in reality. Go under some tree, look up in the sky and realise that the leaves are almost black.

nm69, you've got only one problem to solve - your sky. It is too bright in my opinion. I don't know how to change it, so sorry if I won't help here. Only sky. The rest is, I think, like finished. But I don't know that for real.

Lil'Q, these are the ones I was talking about. These are the best of yours ever imho. Best! I've never seen so much realism (sky not taken into account, excluding the first shot) in GTASA before.

Another pic, but not yours (perfect night):

http://www.imagebam.com/image/e60c5049240739

If connected properly, I could at last find perfect sets for myself, so I could make that god damn full-length movie... X| XD

Maybe you don't know yet, but I'm seriously going to make one. Or maybe not even one if watched many times on YouTube. I don't know. But I'd like to do it more. You can get an example how do I do with SV7 and almost clear GTASA (new plane here):

http://machinima.com/film/view&id=27110

The video may be a little bit strange because of some bugs while recording. You know what happened? I mostly recorded the scenes where I was actually going to the place where I wanted to shoot the proper ones. And at the time I didn't know that I've been making that mistake. After the struggle I came up with the idea that I shouldn't erase those. So I connected them to make a short movie and a tribute to GTASA and Top Gun. XP

Now you know why I seek for proper settings (and, as you can see - not only, or as I may speak - mainly not only). Shorter than before, but long way to go from now on.

Lol.. the sky is bright because of many reasons

1) It is daytime

2) The ENB's color correction settings works depending on the brightness of our monitor.......

3) The colour of the sky depends on the configuration of the file called timecyc.dat.... and timecycp.dat found in ur game folder

+ im not new here...... ive had so many good configurations till date and my current one is pretty much the best as far as reality is concerned......... Try goin through all the pages from 200+ to this page and go through my screenies....or do u want me to send u the gallery list of all my screenshots till date???

No, no! No need! XD

I've been there few days ago, because I wanted to know all about ENBS. Thanks for explaining, but I know all this stuff. XD

I remember some of yours. And I must agree at your point.

Edit:

Wha wha wha wha whaaa!!! Oh my freakin' gawd... The first one, the third and the last one are the best! I can't believe my eyes. XDDD 83

A little bit too blurry, just a little bit. The color of the sky isn't interesting in my opinion. But other things are very, very cool. I don't know what others say, but for me it's fine. If you want better effect on these sets, take the camera as close as you can. The colors scream to do that. XDDD

Oh, one more thing. The first one is very strange. Why there's no shadow under the car? The buildings are too visable. I mean the quality. You are too far to see them that perfectly. Especially the left one. I think it is a question of timecyc to be exact.

You should find a better place to show your sets. This one doesn't say much I think...

You had too spam and get your nose in to other peoples talk ? Keep going... anyway, do you have any idea what does "depth of field" mean ? Example, focuse your eyes on your finger and you will notice that everything expect the finger is "blured". whatsthat.gif The bad thing about ENB DoF is that it also blures the edges a little bit...

The third one - perfect every day, non-cloudy sunset. It could certainly be used for a nice, unique video. The colors are totally improved. The best pic I think is the second one. This sky... Mmm... Tasty. That's what I like because you may think you breath with its air. You can spend hours in this one particular place without doing anything, just to relax and listen to nature sounds with Winamp.

Now, the bad sides... The first is the worst. Too blurry. But the quality rocks. Unfortunately it's ruined a little bit by the blur. The last one reminds me of the movie "Too Fast Too Furious" or the newest one. Same colors and style.

Edit:

A little ot, worth while I think, because it's about our beloved past:

The second - niiice! I wish I could see that with a yellow or red car. Or maybe tuned green with tribals. The color of green is so f*****g realistic!!! Again, timecyc unmodified. XDDD

The first and the fourth one are great for war movies.

The last one perfect for sentimental, emotional story. Try good music for this, maybe from Transformers or Batman The Beginning.

Wow! I haven't seen something like this before. The colors are simply astonishing. But if you want some of my advice, I recommend greying them up, so they could become more realistic. Look outside now and see that the world isn't as colorful as we got used to think every day. The main border which devides it from games is exactly the color. During the generation changes we forgot about seeing our reality in proper way. Hmmm... So, ummm, yeah. XDDD

hm I know what you mean...

And I know it already tounge.gif

but the point is (like said before) the colours depend on the timecyc, timecyp and my colourcorrection in my Enb...

so, what I mean is that I can't just make the grass greyer or something...

I now this grass is too green sometimes, but it's the only grass texture that looks nice in my opinion...

I tried the normal grass and the grass from SRT3 Unreleased vegetation. They both suck....

This one only has this one problem that it's to green..

The other two are ugly...

wow but wait I have a idea

trying in out

be back with new screens biggrin.gif

I used your advice. But it's too laggy for my computer. I mean... the effect. So Imma look up to some other changes. I don't know what's missing here. Have any ideas?

This one needs help too:

I need to know what to do to make the buildings in distance darker and more blurry. The car, as you can see, screams for more reflections. The shadow, I think, is okay.

Now, the most important thing of all - too bright sky. Look at it:

user posted image

I tried to reduce almost every effect. Shadow, reflection, occlusion... Bloom does not change it at all when turned on (its every position set to 0). It's about something different. But what?

My game also laggs ofc, tounge.gif, i have 1600'1200 res 3xAA , very high texture quality , Enbseries with acclusion, shadows , reflections, dof , almost everything turned on. I get like 20 fps with occlusion turned off and 10 fps when everything is turned on xD.

I think you can only fix the brightness of the sky if you mod your timecyc.

also, the reflections dont show up very good at night .

and I tryed to put DarkeningLevel to 45 and Illumination Level to 20 but there is no difference...

well

maybe there is a difference...

but the grass stays in this bright green...

also, the reflections dont show up very good at night .

yeah but that's completely logical...

In the night there are no lights -->no reflections smile.gif

ehm

gtaskater do I have to put SSAO Filter on for using Ambient Occlusion???
