@dragozool

I already have that, actually.

Like I said, my GTA just doesn't seem to even recognize that I installed the stuff.

dont remove MRT Rendering it slows the Computer VERY!!!!

set MRT Rendering to 1 and you have an FPS Boost wink.gif

Multiple Render Target (MRT) technology: MRTs allow for deferred shading, a technique where the lighting of a scene can be done after rendering all of the geometry, eliminating multiple passes through the scene. Photorealistic lighting can be created while avoiding unnecessary processing time for pixels that do not contribute to the visible portions of an image.

thank you man I#ll do that

The first pic is without SSAO and the second one is with SSAO plus on both pictures your framerate is "1" ! I have no idea where did you see the fps boost or either graphic change.  sarcasm.gif

yeah but i diddnt set ssao off...just set MRT to 1 /0

and the 1 fps isnt right my fraps have problems @ the moment wink.gif i have with MRT render 1 35 FPS and with MRT render 0 17 fps... i think its a difference dozingoff.gif

Well, then, anbled the ENB Series FPS by pusing * on the numpad and take a sreen.

here you got the screens wink.gif you can beleave me ^^

Screen With MRT

Screen Without MRT

Look carefully at the scene in which MRT is disabled ... the trees and every object in the background looks blurry....

then look at the other pic with MRT enabled... the trees and all the blurred out objects in the previous pics look sharp and neat in them...

i think MRT does the same job as Definition in GTA IV.... which explains the loss of FPS when enabled...

and when Definition is enabled in IV with high resolution on a 512 mb gfx ... the textures seems to be disappearing here and there just like those users who reported this problem in SA over here... so disabling MRT might be useful for those low end Graphic card users...

The only thing I see is that both pictures are a little bit blured but one of them uses SSAO and other doesnt, explains the FPS boost or drop.

ahh i didnt know SSAO was enabled in one of em tounge.gif

Boris is the only guy who can tell us about it then... (if he ever visits this place that is sad.gif )

EDIT:

Dragozool.... can u post two more pics of a car doing 360 burnout(use project reality for better smoke effect)... if ur car has a greyish outline through the smoke it means SSAO is enabled.. if not its not SSAO

RE-EDIT: Never mind.. u just said u enabled SSAO in both the pics...

how can u turn on SSAO and off again???

i don't get it

and one more thing i don't get:

i thought the amought of fps are kind of a counter how fast the game is running...(indirect)

but know i'm not sure about that anymore....

cause if I turn on MRT Rendering the game isn't faster then before!!!!!!

no fps isn sayinh how fast your game is running ..it shows you how much Frames (pictures ) in a secound are rendered from your Graphiccard...the human eye need minimum 25 Frames per secound(fps) for an smooth game...but the eye cant see any difference above 90 fps... when you habe 20 fps then the game runns laggy and when you have 90 fps then the game runs smooth wink.gif

and the thing with SSAO...(ambient Occolusion) you can mod the enbseries.ini even when the game is running ^^ just pull the game down and edit the settings in the ini and loock @ the difference wink.gif

@-born2die-: Turn off the Frame Rate Limiter in the settings.

@Dragonzool: If GTA IV runs on high settings with 15 FPS, then it laggs.

20-25 FPS are quite good, and i'm quite happy to get them at middle settings. icon14.gif

yeah you can be happy to have so "much" frames for you but when you have an better system and play the games with moore frames and then you play on your old system wit 20-25 frames then you should see the difference...the eye accustomed to the 20-25 frames...

yeah lol if I turn off frame limiter I get 110-20 fps

I'll try the difference again with MRT and then I#ll tell you

you should turn framelimiter permanently off...when its on you cant get more than 25 FPS...and that sucks ^^

WTF why do I now only get 15 fps with normal gamespeed

800x600

visual FX Quality: High

Draw Distance: 5
