You can make that too, by downloading from google cloud brush for Photoshop. Make clouds how you like.

do i have to create alpha for that cloud or do i just import it into particles.txd or what ever it is called? by the way nice clouds.

There is a texture called - "cloudmasked" , just click on this texture and import my file.

see, i use TXD WS i dont know what you use, if the tool is the problem send me the right tool

but i dont think so....

 

btw....

i play with a resolution of 1280x980(something like that but more than 1024)

and i open the TXD Tool

and then open particle.txd

 

i select cloudmasked

and i put the texture i made(one question, it needs to be .PNG or other?, couse i save my clouds on .PNG and i putted them on .PNG)

then save and log into the game and i get this....

 

 

anyone can help?

You must changes de alpha. Use the "PROJECT REALITY's one"

Well, I just randomly found that spot while roaming around Gostown, which I just downloaded a couple of hours ago. Although I remember it being near the edge of the city, it is also near that very parking lot I took screens in too.
