CarPassion's Blog, scroll down and you should find "ENB Low-Med-High" and the link to the setting will be there.

PO + SRT3 (and continue) , they are compatible but, I would recomend to install everything on clear installation, I mean firstly these texture mods and then cars and whatever you want to.

6600 is too old, can't works well.

 

First of all, now I have GTX 260 . 6600 will work fine, but the speed wont be perfect... but then again, it is old, so you wont enjoy this mod how you would like to...

Try renaming one of the d3d9.dll to d3d9.asi, that fixed my ENB/SALA/Nos mod problem in SA, but i'm not sure about Ghostown
