I think you need the american .exe

If you aren't an American, it's maybe your problème, to solve it, download a NoCD/Hoodlum, they are all American I think.

Erm... SA won't startup. So i can't control or my PC is too weak. And I don't know my specs out of my head

If you don't have a ATI or Nvidia card it'll not work.

And neet to be a ATI/Nvidfa card with at least pixel and vertex shaders 1.4, video HW transform and lighthing, and 64mb vram.

Now, I have one onboard card, one of the intel ones, 256mb vram, 2.0 pixel and vertex shaders, but I can't run, because it isn't from ATI/Nvidia, and 'cause onboard sucks

water looks as if your using the shader 1.4 version, go with the re4 .074 version

hmm, seems you kinda based us off mine, no problem, the enberies version count, if ur 75a they are supposed to be lit up like that, try any other versions

If you have version 0.075c2 (bumpmap ver.) then push shift+enter, green parametrs will apear up on the screen, there will be F1 to F6, if I'm correct F5 F6 maybe F4 - some of them are for character lightning.

All of them are also for characters lighting... From f1 to f6, they are mixed with the bumpmapping settings.

I get this new message now: "Please remove disc from current CD/DVD drive and insert the original disc in another drive ?:."

just go with the no-cd one, gta sa doesnt read from the disk at all while playing, all its doing is tearing up ur dvd drive
