You should check.....   Your GTA SA Directory files...put enb in the clear original sa directory,move somewhere all mods inside sa directory folder...special check gtasa.exe..   Check Directx on

It wont work with the new version 0.2.X, because d3d9.dll is blocked.

 

Anyone tryed ENB on GTAIV yet?

As of now I doubt anyone will try it because they're trying to fix their own problems and FPS.. tounge.gif

Doesn't work. suicidal.gif I actually tried it with different kinds of ENB. For HL2, Deus Ex, Crysis... nothing.

Nothing in the readme file suggests that you should put the DLL file in your windows folder.

 

If you read the readme file, it just say to throw the ENB dll into your GTA SA folder, same folder where GTASA.exe is located.

 

Then Shift + F12 will work.

 

Something tells me you put the DLL file in the wrong place. "SA Directory" is kind of vague.

I'm not sure why it started doing this. After a fresh install I put in enbseries and it worked fine. A few hours later I try to play again and it crashes with a mishandled exception error. I fiddled with the files a bit, apparently deleting d3d8 stops the crashing but then the mod won't load...why would that matter I don't know since I'm using a dx9/10 video card.

 

Any idea why this is occurring? I really want to use enbseries on GTA 3. I delete enb and it plays fine, just with it it does this, even with a default enbseries install.

does anybody know why the d3d8/d3d9 converter dll's are causing the game to crash? I really want to use enbseries.

hey...u can try running GTA 4 with compatibility mod with XP for win vista....

do it by just find ur gta 4 exe and go properties...then in compatibility tab choose

run program in cmptbt mod for XP sp2.... smile.gif

and tick d option 'dont use visual themes....'

bcoz rockstar recommends gta 4 for vista....!

but i cant play it...bcoz my pc is a low end 1.. sarcasm.gif

 

also try 2 off antialaise...too

and u said dat u wanna remove win vista...

 

just remove it like removing other OSes

format ur partition which is contained win vista...and u can

install another OS like XP... smile.gif

It isn't because of vista i've got the same graphics card in each one a computer and a laptop Laptop: Windows Vista Computer:Windows XP Computer Graphics:Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT Laptop Graphics:Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT and mine sticks like mad it's like im waiting a hour for it to have a single step i haven't even completed the cousions bellic i coudn't go to the house it was that stickin like mad so your stuck like that only way to play it is: buy Xbox 360 and buy GTA IV or Buy PS3 and buy GTA IV sorry but that is the only solution.

The 8500 is a HORRIBLE card. Why on earth did you want to buy an 8500? Just because you typed it in caps doesn't make it any better than it already was never was.

yeah i put it where my gta_sa.exe is nothing happens..

 

where do i put the .ini file and parameters.txt

Exactly. And the guy is acting like his 8500 is like the best card ever. The 8500 is TERRIBLE. Just look at the Assassin's Creed tech support forums, or the NVIDIA support forums. HORRIBLE compatability/stability/performance with video games.

 

And yeah, I'm surprised as well that GTA IV will even run on that computer.

ive noticed a bug in enbseires (in most versions) if u drop below 10fps, motion blur and bloom (im aware of) flicker and shudder, the blur-one frame it will be blurry, and the next it will be normal, but bloom will hide and flash wow.gif

 

You shouldn't run ENBSeries if you get under even 20 FPS...

 

My old GeForce 7900 GS (only had 256 mb of vRAM!) was still able to run ENBSeries on highest settings (ambient occlusion turned off though) and I was able to pass over 25-30 FPS.

 

Then again, I was playing on 1280 x 960 resolution, which is kind of low by today's standards. (I play at 1680 x 1050 resolution nowadays with my GeForce 260 GTX with 896mb of vRAM.)

Who knows, how to make the sky at night, more dark, my settings at night are normal, I want a little more dark, and the shadow to be more increased/accentuate.

Only about this settings, who knows them better.

This is a wrong topic, why you put question when you don't have a relation with ENBseries topic.

Why you'r not searching aroud the forum first, to see where you can fit much better. Then puting questions.

Delete ENBseries from your game and make a backup of .ini file because there you have your favorite settings.

Donwload again ENBseries for SA-MP.

If still you gona have a problem afther that, means that you have a problem with .ini, so your settings have a something put wrong. ph34r.gif
