As I sayd before your using to HIGH resolution, ikt. And which settings (I mean turn on every thing =1) do you want to use ? All of them when SA settings are on max ? Well then sorry that's not possbile with your graphic card....

But I'm pretty sure you meant ENBSeries is not compatible with SAGFX and vice versa.

 

So, yeah, Adikaaaa, ENBSeries can not be used with SA GFX or

SA GFX can not be combined with ENBSeries or

you will get weird stuff if you combine SAGFX and ENBSeries.

Yes, but it blurs everything. (HUD, text, subtitles and speedometer.)

I forgot to mention it, but this for powerful PCs only. As I said before, I have P4 Core2 Quad CPU (2.40GHz) with MSI P43 NEO MB, 8800GT graphic and 4 GB RAM. It's "strong" enough to load all ENBS features with SRT3, Oblivion and vehicle/weapon mods without lag (like MinnieMan121249 said)

All I want to say is that everything except motion blur is turned on. So maybe there's your problem... Your PC doesn't have to be weak, just incompatible with some settings. I don't know much about those things to help you with.
