Sorry mate, if I remember right you have an FX 5200? Same card as me, and let me tell you I tried everything and could not get ENB Series to work. No changing the settings does anything, even the 1.4 version didn't work.

 

The bottom line is: You're gonna have to upgrade your graphics card. The bare minimum for ENB Series is 6200, and they're really cheap nowadays. I'll be getting one soon. With that I expect you could get reflections and bloom, which is good enough.

 

Besides, even if ENB did work on your card, the performance would make the game unplayable.

@Darecki: I use them the textures from Gunnie's GTA: Vice City xBox2PC Mod, first i downloaded New Great Effects 1.3

and then i replaced the XBOX Explosions Textures in the particle.txd, you can get them here

FX 5500 Actually but still crappy, but i can run reflections using usecurrentframereflection=0 and get about 24 fps so yeah i might aswell get a new pc :S Anyone recommend a decent pc thats kinda cheap ? (with a good graphics card of course )

Im having problem with enb series 1.4,the reflection car is very white in distance and the contour of the car is very white too, Im using the same settings of mk3r is using

Im using Radeon 9600 pro and 512 mb ram.

.Look:

set Reflectiondepthbias to something lower. I set mine to 1 so the reflection appears just under the metal, to give it a polished shine.

Radeon 9600 has already used Pixel Shader 2.0, so it's useless to use the 1.4 version. The 1.4 version has a lotta bugs, don't use it. I was using Radeon 9600 and I got no problem while using the shader 2.0 version.
