So if they are working from the books the story must already be in place. I love the series and aslong Matt Damon is going to be in them, im all for it. So the fourth one will be called The Bourne Legacy and then there will also be a fifth one which will be called The Bourne Betrayal. The author: Eric Van Lustbader, has said that he wants to create a sequel to The Bourne Betrayal so it is possible that we may be seeing another three or more Bourne movies which is all good by me since they f*cken rock. I enjoyed the ambiguous ending to the 'Bourne Ultimatum' and thought that was a good ending-block for the film, but adding two more films to a finished franchise? Bad idea in my book. Also the books themselves; 'Legacy' and 'Betrayal', haven't been received that well by the fans of the novels. I was already thinking of the plot when I left the theatre from watching Ultimatum. I mean, what about Nikki (Julia Stiles)? Her character ended Ultimatum as someone on the lam just like Jason and I always wondered why they never 'hooked up' in the film and ran away together. There was that moment just like in Identity when Jason was dying Nikki's hair like he did Marie, and they could've kissed, I thought they were going to, but it never happened. So, I kinda hope Stiles returns for a 4th and her and Jason re-encounter. And it never showed where Jason went to at the end of Ultimatum, just showed him swimming off and Nikki sitting at a cafe. An ending so up in there, you just had to assume there was gonna be another. It didn't give off that 'Final Film' feeling. Unless they follow the plot of the books, then f*ck it all, I'll still watch it. My old man is probably gonna be pissed and say they're just milking it now, but he's a Bourne fan and Matt Damon just rocks the sh*t outta these films. There was an interview with Matt Damon somewhere after the third movie was finished and someone asked if he's making any more Bourne films and his reply was 'aslong as i get 10 million Dollars a film i'll keep making them'. A similar thing happened with Rambo too. Lucky I didn't buy the Indiana Jones trilogy. To be honest I'm not a big fan of The Bourne series so I don't particularly care about any sequels and to be honest I don't think they are needed.
