Taste Of Chaos Posted February 23, 2008 Author Share Posted February 23, 2008 Cheers guys, the mountains in those photo's are the Pyrenees on the Spain/France border. The photo's really don't do that view justice at all, I simply couldnt beleave my eyes when I saw that. You can probably see for about 50 miles on a nice day just all mountains like those pictured. The cliff face and lighthouse were at the end of a two mile mountain walk which knackered the hell out of me so I'm glad you liked them haha. Hyde park is beutiful, I got very lucky with the lighting that day, I dont usually like to compliment my work because it makes me feel a bit big headed, but I totally love the shadows in these mainly because the contrast between the bright green grass and the dark. I live in Santos. It's a city 80km away from São Paulo, down by the sea. São Paulo is approx. 700m above sea level =) Here's a google pic just for comparison: São Paulo just looks like a big urban mass of buildings and more buildings, it's quite chaotic. It has some nice places and it's pretty much like NY when it comes to the point that you can find ANYTHING there. It also goes on for the same 7km, we have the biggest garden in front of the beach in the world =) But even all that sand isn't enough to stop the sea. Sometimes (it's not that common though), the water reaches the avenue =x Brazil is only cheap once you get here. Haha thatnks mate, I'll try again over the weekend to go up and get some really early morning shots so hopefully i'll be a bit more successful this time round. @Saget: 7km!? I can honestly say that i'm envious now . I bet there are some amazing photo's to be taken in that park area too, I spoke to my mate about his holiday over there earlier and he said his flight was real expensive but affordable, the way i'm looking at it is if i'm ever going to travel like this then now's the time.
