Also skating was kind of dumb in bully, not to mention easy cuz that game was tiny, and lame. Skating doesn't suck either, but only if you actually skate, and that involves leaving the house. Lovely. I know he's gonna get flamed, but sadly, I gotta agree with him on this. Many of you on these forums have just accepted R* claim that flying, skateboarding, and I've even heard you all say biking is out of place for Niko. Isn't the whole idea of GTA/sandbox gaming to be about one's personal freedom to go around doing whatever the heck they want? I understand R* is trying to make Niko out to be a "tough guy" who probably wouldn't skate, but I still think it would be a great feature that could really show off the euphoria physics engine. I mean can you all imagine driving into or pushing over some punk on a skateboard? It would be amazing, and I wish everyone would stop omiting creative and fun ideas because "it doesn't fit the character. P.S I love GTA and I'm picking it up on day one. I have a ps3 but to be honest I would rather play some old school tony hawk on the nintendo 64 that sh*t is hella fun it doesnt matter that it doesnt have the flashiest new graphix and sh*t. Sorry, these guys in their 20's who skate around on the streets bug me. I'm not talking about X-Games guys who are really good at it. That's different, thats a way of life. I'm talking about the guys who look like they're actually trying to get somewhere, as if a piece of wood with wheels is a means for transportation. It really captures the complete frustration the sport can have on a person, and playing that game felt more like a job than anything else. Which it actually is for Pros. Way better.
