The Chain Story

[Rhoda]

Germ leaves lighter lit for a brief moment, before throwing it onto a petrol trail he formed earlier. Germ leaves, all the while laughing, as CJ struggles with his ropes. As the trail gets closer, CJ manages to untie himself and run out of the back door, only to stumble into a puddle. CJ ducks for cover as the warehouse behind him erupts into flames...

 

1. CJ spots an FCR-900 and gives chase, Germ can't be far away.

2. CJ takes a minute to wash the petrol away.

3. CJ takes chase on foot, brandishing a shovel left in the warehouse backlot.

CJ runs and runs, trying to catch germ. Suddenly, an explosion is heard. A rhino tank rolls out of the warehouse and the driver gets out. It is

3. A mysterious man in a suit and funny glasses

A tank rumbles through the chainlink fence, hurtling towards Carl. The man emerges from the hatch and removes his glasses... revealing Germ himself. As the turret swivels into range, Germ laughs as maniacal as ever and Carl takes off in a sprint, rapidly climbing a nearby wall into a power plant. As the tank takes aim, CJ dives into an abandoned office just as a rocket skims by, hitting a waste gas chimney instead.

 

1. CJ takes off again and swiftly exits the plant, continuing to run.

2. CJ escapes and climbs the barrier onto a highway, where he swiftly steals a car.

3. CJ takes refuge under a nearby desk.

Masterkraft: you're supposed to pick an option left by the previous poster rather than make one up yourself. CJ escaping wasn't one of my options and if you don't like them, leave it to someone else to do so and then come back... your last response wan't an option either. You should copy and paste the answer you want to do and carry on from there, yeah?

 

Anyway-

 

CJ escapes and climbs the barrier onto a highway, where he swiftly steals a car. He heads down the highway to LS Airport, with the tank on his tail. Then:

 

- He drives onto the runway, being chased by Germ in the tank.

- He boards a plane to San Fierro.

- He steals a plane and flies it up, but Germ sneaks onboard just before take-off!

I don't get how my story segment didn't carry on from yours. CJ escaped as a result of being left alone, you didn't specify that he couldn't escape. All you stated was that Germ left and that left CJ a chance to escape. It's called story progression, and will fill this topic with win.

 

- He drives onto the runway, being chased by Germ in the tank.

 

CJ sweves in and out of incoming traffic in his freshly stolen Clover, Germ hot on his trail. As the cars steer away from the tank, Germ focuses his attention on CJ's car. Just as Germ takes fires a rocket in Carl's direction, the Clover takes a sharp left down the right lane of traffic, onto a lane leading to...

 

1. ... The Airport.

2. ... The Countryside.

3. ... Back in the direction he came.

Yeah, you're right sorry, I read it wrong. Although I think you made a mistake with that last post. The runway of the airport is what I meant, not another highway, but no worries.

 

Lane leading to the Countryside. Within half an hour he has lost Germ in the pitch black of the forest, cutting across empty fields and gorges on the way. On one particular jump, he overturns his car and lands in a lake. He gets out, soaking and without a car, and decides to:

 

- Stay in a nearby log cabin for the night.

- Walk through the forest, hopefully ending up at a road eventually.

- Call Cesar to ask if he could pick him up.

No worries, glad we sorted it out. Onward we go.

 

CJ, cold and in danger of death in the woods, spots a nearby log cabin. Upon approaching it, he sees it is indeed vacant, and settles in for the night.

Morning arrives, and CJ found some comfortably fitting clothes in the wardrobe and some SMG ammunition. As he leaves, he spots a beaten up Sadler in a nearby shack and sure enough, with a touch of hotwiring, CJ takes off into the rising sun.

 

1. CJ drives into San Fierro to see Wu Zi Mu and to arrange a strike against Germ.

2. CJ drives into Los Santos to see Cesar and explain what happened.

3. CJ drives to Burger Shot for a well deserved meal.

CJ drives onto the freeway and towards the enarest Burger Shot, in southern San Fierro. He goes to the drive-thru, at the first window he orders a burger, fries and a large Coke. He approaches the second window to pay and get his food. Then:

 

- Two cars block his way forward and back, he's stuck!

- He turns to get his food, but the man serving him is pointing a gun at him.

- He gets his food and leaves.

CJ looks closely and he sees that it's Big-Smoke.CJ says "What the f*ck your fatass doing out here." Smoke replies "Hey man i got to make a living." Then-

"A'ight Smoke, yo' green must be tight homie," Cj says and leaves with his food.

 

He settles down in the car park of Jizzy's Pleasure Domes to eat. Midway through his burger, his car door opens and he's yanked out.

 

- It's Mike Toreno with a mission for CJ.

- It's a carjacker, he's messed with the wrong guy!

- It's Germ again, he's been tracking CJ.

[Rhoda]

Mike Toreno floors CJ and twists his arm in such a way that escape would be painful.

"CJ!" Toreno whispers, "these techniques should be easy to escape from... they could strike at any time, and you have to be ready!"

"Oh, gee, I'm sorry, yeah..." CJ replies sarcastically, "I'm sure even the FBI would have the courtesy to let me finish my f*ckin' burger!"

"You're a funny one Carl." Toreno retorts as he settles on CJ's car hood. "I have a task for you, one I'm too busy to attend to. I'll make it worth your while... think of all the burgers you could buy with $5000..."

CJ gets to his feet and kicks the leftovers to his burger away from his car, and replies: "Depends what..."

 

1. A briefcase pick up from Mt. Chilliad lodge.

2. An assassination of a gay rights activist in Queens.

3. A car pick up from Las Venturas Police Department impound lot.

"There's a car in the possession of the LVPD in their impound lot, it belongs to an acquaintance of mine," Toreno said. "Unfortunate circumstances, but you'll get it back fir him, won't you? It has some very important documents in it. It's a black Huntley."

 

With that Toreno drove off. "That bitch," CJ cursed under his breath.

 

Hours later, CJ was scoping out the LVPD headquarters, the impound lot was round the back. First he needed to get in without being noticed.

 

- He planned to wait until nightfall and then sneak in under cover of darkness.

- He decided to trail a police car and beat the officer up. Steal his clothes and car and get in that way.

- He decided to just storm the place.

Oooh dear... we're at a cross roads here. I'm afraid we're going to have with the first posted, sorry. I'm sure you'll get a segment in quick enough next time.

 

 

CJ sat in his car and waited until nightfall. The last thing he wanted was an army of officers on his back, so sneaking in while it was closed for the night seemed like the easier option.

As the last officer on duty locked up for the night, CJ saw his chance. As quick as a snake strike he flicked his knife out and sliced the officers throat, ear to ear. As CJ crept up to the door release switch, the police officer crumpled to the floor in a heap, looking like a human pez dispenser.

All was going well so far, and CJ soon found the black Huntley in question, which was left foolishly unlocked. Careful not to make too much noise, he entered the lush looking vehicle and to his surprise the keys were left on the top of the dashboard. Almost not believing his own luck he started the ignition and the car purred into life...

 

1. CJ rolled out of the impound quietly, and took off to Toreno's Ranch.

2. 4 LVPD Cars appeared from nowhere, alerted by the silent alarm triggered when he broke in.

3. A bomb began to count down from 30 seconds... and the doors locked themselves.

The display lights blinked into life and 30 seconds began ticking away. CJ frowned and pulled at the door handle, it was locked! He peered underneath his seat and let out a yell of panic, there was a bomb planted. He screamed for help, but the dead security guard was the only person in radius, and he certainly wasn't in any state to help CJ. 15 seconds remained, had Toreno wanted rid of him?

 

Carl kicked at the windscreen with his feet, the cracks in it splitting wider each time. 10... 9... 8... 7...

 

The glass shattered and he launched his way through the broken glass, slid down the bonnet and tumbled to the floor.

 

- He picked himself up and ran away.

- He cut his leg badly on a shard of glass and couldn't get up.

- He scrambled to his feet, but couldn't get out of range of the bomb blast.

CJ cries out with pain.The timer is still ticking and it's at three.CJ finds the strength to pull himself up and stumple away.Everything behind him blows up to smithereens.Then-

Cops surround CJ

 

CJ screams "f*ck this sh*t!" and slumps against a wall. A cop walks up, puts him in cuffs and says "You're busted, pal!" In the morning, CJ wakes up in a cell. He looks around. There is a knock on the door.

 

1. CJ kills whoever is at the door, finds a weapon and leaves the station

2. CJ opens the door

3. CJ tries to unscrew the bars in the window

The guy he killed was a cop, with a plate of eggs in his hands.CJ still finds it hard to walk on his leg.CJ then-

CJ then goes to Mike

 

CJ opens the door, and finds Mike sitting with three men in suits. They have an envelope on the desk labled "Operation Brown Beaver" CJ looks interested, but Mike hides it from him.

 

1. CJ grabs the envelope and opens it

2. CJ tries to grab the envelope, but one of Mikes goons kick him back

3. CJ starts pouting to Mike about the envelope

CJ pulls out his Glock that he found in the police station and shoots the two men in the suits.Then CJ puts his gun to Mikes face and rants on about how he almost died becuase of him.Then CJ recalls that there was a bomb in the car and if Mike set him up.CJ Then-

 

1."Screams at Mike, and ask him what the bomb is all about."

2."Takes the envelope"

Cj Takes the envelope

 

CJ leaves the house, and as soon as he does, a man in a suit jumps CJ, takes the envelope, and speeds off in his car towards the Sherman Dam

 

CJ:

1. Follows him

2: Shoots out the tires

3: Shouts obscenities and shoots randomly.

CJ shoots out the tires. The car goes skidding and crashes. CJ runs up to him and opens the door, pulling the man out. "What the f*ck are you doin'?" Yells the man. CJ takes his dual uzis and blasts the guy's brain everywhere! But, the envelope is nowhere to be found! Suddenly, CJ sees it flying away in the wind. What happens next?

 

1. CJ runs after it, but can't catch up to it, because its too fast.

2. CJ is about to run after it, but a harvester runs over it, shredding it to pieces. Now, CJ's missed off!

3. There's some men in suits on motorcycles going after it. CJ shoots one guy off his bike and joins the chase.

CJ jumps on the bike and speeds away after the envelope.Some of the other men try to shoot CJ but they miss by an inch.CJ pulls out his Glock and shoots the men.CJ soon catches up with the envelope, and jumps of the motorcycle.He picks it up and reads it.

 

"Thank you for killing CJ.Like I said come to "15 Blvd. Street" at 9:00 P.M. to pick up your money."

CJ gets weapons and then goes to the address. He sees a charismatic leader yelling at his gang, telling them to go to Grove Street and destroy the Orange Grove Families. CJ takes a closer look and sees Germ leading his own Balla set, the Boulevard Street Ballas. What does CJ do?

 

1. CJ sneaks to a vantage point and snipes Germ. He's dead, but now CJ must face the angry Ballas.

2. CJ tries to take the warehouse himself. He takes out an M4 and goes on a Balla rampage. After all, he is a one-man army.

3. CJ sneaks back to Grove Street before the Ballas get there. He must ready his homies for a huge war!

CJ ducks behind a box and peers over, metres from his fromer best friend Germ. The Ballas are ready to fight just as CJ fires off his first shot. A Balla drops to the floor, followed by another and another. Germ takes the back door and flees to the airport.

 

- CJ takes chase, ignoring the enraged Ballas to grab a fast bike.

- CJ is caught up fighting the Ballas and doesn't realise Germ's escape.

- CJ heads back to Grove Street to warn the GSF of an iincoming Balla army, all Balla sets are going to march on the Grove as one.

CJ is caught up fighting the Ballas and doesn't realise Germ's escape. He's taking down many Ballas. "Die!" Yells CJ, enraged. "Mu'f*ckas!" After a heavy bloodbath/carnage, CJ feels satisfied. But, he doesn't see Germ anywhere! Where did Germ go?

 

1. Germ took a flight to San Fierro to start some businesses elsewhere. He feels that all hope is lost and he's no match for the Grove Street Families.

2. Germ took a flight to Las Venturas. He's going to start a gambling business, somewhere on the Old Strip.

3. Germ is looking for a heavy helicopter to rip the Grove Street Families to shreds!

Germ heads to the airport where he boards a plane to Las Venturas. Out of CJ's radar, he has a chance to buy and run a successful casino on the Old Strip called "Aces High". He recruits hundreds of bodyguards and becomes a respected and feared crimelord in his own right, vying for power of Venturas with the Mafia families of Liberty City and far outnumbering and outpowering the GSF. Then:

 

- He heads down to Los Santos to battle the GSF.

- He expands to San Fierro.

- CJ, by chance, happens to wander into the Casino one night.

CJ, by chance, happens to wander into the Casino one night. He's raking in a ton of money, over at the Blackjack table. He's making a bit of a commotion, so the security look into it. They tell Germ that his rival is in the building. What does Germ order his guards to do next?

 

1. Germ tells them to kick him out and tell him to never return on Aces High property again!

2. Germ tells them to bring him forth, so that they could have a little..."talk." Then, he laughs maniacally.

3. Germ tells them to leave the sonofabitch alone. Let the motherless dog get his money and leave!

[mark-2007]

"Bring him to me, we need a 'catch-up'," he says and laughs maniacally.

 

Some of his bodyguards go to get CJ.

 

"Get'cho hands of me, busta!" CJ yelled. "I'm Carl Johnson, you gunna be eatin' through a straw for the rest of yo' life, ya hear me muthaf*cker?"

 

He was dragged through a door to the waiting Germ and is tied up to a chair and gagged to muffle any screams for help.

 

- Germ then smashes CJ's kneecaps in with a crowbar.

- Germ takes CJ out to the desert.

- Germ locks CJ in a freezer.
