I don't know why, but apparently SA doesn't like the high res textures in the player model unless it has had a txd loaded from GTA_INT.IMG that has also has a large texture. It makes no sense, but it apparently works. This fix is essentially that you have the choice of either installing a file with a blank dummy texture you can download he
