I thought I'd just say I tried to keep as close to the usual GTA front cover format as I friggin' could! And where I couldn't; I tried to do something different without trying to ruin it. And yes I DO know that Jacob's face is covered. :S

Off the top of my head, I can't think of any, maybe try some paint shop trials? I would suggest downloading it (yes, illegally), but I can't provide any links as to where to get torrents and personally, I got mine through legal means.

I don't want trials; some of them have limited features. I don't want to do it illegally as well. Thanks anyway.

 

EDIT : Never mind, I got GIMP. I am an idiot, I should have looked in the GFX forum.
