Of course not, in the game Saints Row you were able to smoke weed, out of a bong, bowl, joint, or blunt. Have you ever heard of NARC, the game was terrible but you were able to take a plethora of drugs. LOL, just go to the package store, indicated by the bottle on your map and when your in the liquor menu click one of the triggers, or back buttons and it will switch to weed. I wouldn't like the idea of Niko smoking and drinking cause he would be another sloppy, lazy alchoholic or drug addict. His physical shape would go to hell and he would not be able to fight as well. I could see if Rockstar gave you a choice wether or not to smoke or drink and it would effect you physically like in real life, but if it has no effect then its the dumbest idea ever. You compare someone whos a serious person who doesnt drink or do drugs and trains hard at whatever they do to a alcholic or drug addict you will see what im saying. That would be cool. But still alcohol in the game will be fine for me, it will be mad fun trying to drive around and crap all messed up. Anyway it will be pretty cool if you had the option to used Marijuana as another source of socializing. Normal people do everyday even though it's illegal and in this game you do illegal things the title of the game is in reference to a technicality to the law anyway.
