GTA - Nobody`s City

Not Finished Yet. I am at the beggining with this sh*t

1.First, i make a map in sketchup.

2.Then, someone must to tell me how to convert the sketchup map in a map for vice city..

3.After that, i need to put some cars and peds (i need help too here)

4. It will be 2 parts of the city: Lost City & Stunt Island (yeh, i will apreciate some help at stunt island, for me its too hard to make that island in sketchup...)

5.Mhm... maybe a LITTLE Storyline.... i think about this later.

6.mmm.. more and more and more COPS!(help me how the hell i put cops (im a begginer, i need help everywhere)

7.We need some special peds (i want some peds from gta 3, some from san andreas, and some from vice city)

8.Mhm... some stunting misions....

9. New images. I need to change the logo and some images from the game.... I dont know how to modify the images (i need help, what program should i use?)

10. New titles and creditz (this is my job, and the sketchup map.. 90% of the sketchup map will be made by me, cars moded by me)

11. For help YOUR NAME will be in the credits.

12. Sorry for any mistake, i dont know very well english.. (i know 95%, but not all english).

I will apreciate any help.

13. names of the city parts must to appear in the game (ya know, in vice city appears names like this Little Haiti, Downtown, blah blah blah
