Jabalous
Yes , it was ingame and the leaked video is the evidence . Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/311809-title-page-ingame/#findComment-1057498022 Share on other sites
fishermanGTA
I think something was said about that being the inagame map.... I think. But I know one thing for almost sure. The links down the bottom like "music" and "multiplayer" will be the same text and the same sound when you roll over them, as in the game. TheRoper
Yes , it was ingame and the leaked video is the evidence . Erm, no... It is pre-rendered. We've seen similar screens from in-game, and they clearly don't have that draw distance or detail. Flexo Slim
You guys really need to explain what it means by In-Game, do you mean pre-rendered, or what you will see on the screen when you play the game... fishermanGTA
Well think about it, IN-GAME means that it will be in game. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/311809-title-page-ingame/#findComment-1057498079 Share on other sites
Flexo Slim
Well think about it, IN-GAME means that it will be in game. Yes but it could be pre-rendered but not actully available in the game, but it could still be classed as in-game... cause it's in-game graphics. No we haven't seen similar screens from in-game and it's not pre-rendered . we don't know if it is from ingame or not , but if you looked at the end of first trailer when the screen came from the sea side in the sunset time , you will discover that pic as same as the screen in the official website in the graphics and draw distance . there are no differences between the graphics in ingame and in the cutsense for GTA series . Did you see the pic for empire state in the night ? the first nightly pic ? if you looked at it , you will discover the colour in the top of the building as same as the colour in the top of the building in the pic in official website . I promise you , when you play GTA IV , you will discover the same graphics in the official website's screen . monkeyman23555
With ingame I meant, you can take a helicopter, fly out at night and see exactly that... everything like increased draw distance is obviously not ingame... Well , dude . Do you remember what Dan Houser said about the draw distance ? He said : the draw distance won't disappear even for long miles . come on man , forget the last generation and the draw distance in GTA SA , this is the new generation , even the light in the screen in official website , that's the new generation , don't imagine last GTA when you look at the screen . nothing impossible now with new generation . what is the reason which makes rockstar doesn't want to put an ingame pic in the official website ? all last GTA's websites containing on ingame pic in the introduction . RONIN1191
Or MAYBE they want to keep something back until the release. You know what happened with SA- I could say it never ceases to amaze me, but here I am, one of the many all cised over what's to come. In game, pre-rendered- whatever the hell it is, its fine. When the game comes out, I'll forget all of this madness as if it was just a bad dream...lol Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/311809-title-page-ingame/#findComment-1057499668 Share on other sites
Jonny04
guys the Xbox 360 could render Crackdown from one end to other and you could see cars and peds at an insane distance. The hardware can handle this and Rockstar is a good dev, do not think its pre rendered. Jonny04
Leaked Video!? Yeh but Rockstar requested it to be removed forever from fansites. There is a video on Gametrailers somewhere if you must look. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/311809-title-page-ingame/#findComment-1057499755 Share on other sites
