leftylucky Posted February 9, 2008 Share Posted February 9, 2008 Every single shop, home, bank, or any other enterable interior should be able to be robbed and burglarized at any time outside of missions. To make it not too confusing there could be just 2 methods of robbery. Take over robberies during daylight hours, and stealth burglaries during nightime hours. Some of the "friends" that Niko has should specialize in robberies, and anytime you want to commit one, you call up the friend on the cellphone and pick up the friend to do the job. If its at night when shops are closed, then you have to pick the lock, bypass the alarm system, and load the swag in the back of your van. (Vans shoud be able to hold alittle more stuff). Then, another friend of Nikos could be a fence and anytime you have stolen merchandise you can call him up and hell buy the stuff off of you. If its a job where you crack a safe though, then you just fill the cash in your duffle bag and dont have to sell anything. If every time he stole swag it was just heavy unmarked cardboard boxes that would be fine by me. It would make it easier to put it into the game instead of having to make different things to steal. It would also make it easier to have the stuff fit evenly into your trunk or back of your van. Like instead of TVs or diamonds or whatever else, its all just stuff packed into storage boxes so that it wont get too confusing. Jump into the shop. grab what you can and put it in the truck then drive away as fast as possible. The success of this would depend on how fast the cops are but if your quick it shouldnt fail. Yeah it would be easier and make more sense if it was just crates and boxes full of different swag. It would make stealing and loading the stuff in the van more organized. As for the actual stuff inside, maybe if you rob a clothes store and you go to the fence with boxes of "clothes" he'll give you a few sets of clothes. Or, for an electronics store, he'll give you a computer to go on the internet from the safehouse. Little stuff like that would be fine I guess but still not that important. In a videogame a sofa is a difficult item to pick up put in a van and then sell. It doesnt make much sense either. A sofa for what? straightedge Posted February 14, 2008 Share Posted February 14, 2008 you should be able to sneak in quietly or just rush inside, when/if the cops show up you sneak out the window or back door sell everything $100 each $1000 bonus if you dont destroy your van and repeat. Cops should be twice as hard to lose at night. I don't know about banks, but you if so you can with your partner it even says it right here you'll be able to rob with your partners and this might be a picture of your partners you get to rob with its on this hyperlink of course mr. mccrearys' son will help you! you can even steal cash trucks with the cash inside of it for a bank you know! and from this picture i can tell there's gonna be a mission were you have to steal from a warehouse. This picture picture of the cash truckpicture of the cash truck they robbed from on fire i know, i know it's alot of hyperlinks, but still it's there. and it's just like sr, and i know it seems like there's a lot tension between those 2 in these forums, you get to grab the cash trucks and get the money. sr's version is by exploding the truck, but gta's version is just opening the truck's door and grabbing the money. from this info!i hope you enjoyed it and if not oh well!
