I never tried the car customisation in SA how in depth was it?

It was basically the same for all of the cars- lowrider or streetrocket/import; paint schemes, hoods, bumpers, exhaust, bass boost, nitrous- were there engine mods or was that in Driver PL? Anyways, rims, a fair assortment, hydraulics...yea I think that was it. It was cool but as one other said, you're screwed as soon as you take some damage and have to go back and get it fixed.

 

SR's pricing scheme sucked; it cost WAY more in SR to fix a car than in SA.

for the many that scrolled down, and started to read this topic, and then saw the link to "GTA Cartel" and may have been the majority that didnt read it fully heres one section that rrool was probably talking about

 

<bullet point> Doing an accidental dent in some poor guy car will now end with listening to the air coming out of the tire. We can also drop the cargo from trucks by shooting the chains that are holding it.

 

<bullet point> Niko will not be the only one trying to play his game to the ladies, richer pedestrians will also drive around in tuned cars.

 

<bullet point> When two trucks from the same company pass eachother, they will honk.

 

<bullet point> Old gangs from GTA3 are back, the newcomers are from Ireland.

I'm aguessing that's taken from Games Master magazine becuase they said all of that stuff, except they didn't say tuned cars they said

 

"Some pimped out cars have 'spinners'"

i hope we can actually make the cars engine go faster, nothing like choosing from lots of parts but somthing more like Stage 1 engine upgrade Stage 2 engine upgrade Stage 3 engine upgrade somthing simple maybe each upgrade can make the car sound different and maybe on a car like the stallion it gets a big blower sticking out of it
