I never heard that during my time here. on topic: There is a large chance car customization will be in if spinners are in. Probably because I'm not a fanboy of any certain video games. I like video games and GTA is a game I like but I don't like it to the point where I'll talk about another game. GTA 4 is taking alot from Saints Row including the GPS, New Health system, cellphone, drinking and possibly doing other drugs so I think they should expand on the customization since it was the best type of car customization in any free roam game. So far we've seen different variations of the same car, different grilles etc... And in Games Master they said some cars will have spinners. This does hint at car customisation being in the game, but it culd just be random variations in car design that we have no control over and/or they could just be gang cars that we have seen. I never tried the car customisation in SA how in depth was it? then you are lame. i can only tell it was lame as hell,only REMINGTON and SLAMVAN had some cool parts,others just sucked-some in design,others in detail and errors.at least we were able to add nitro and hydraulics and change color,the car design was just WAYY too simple to be sick.luckily loads of mods exist.
