thomwarn
I have Second Edition, IMG Tool 2.0, and about 7 vehicle mods. I backed up the GTA3.IMG file to a folder in my documents. I replaced all the required files and closed IMG Tool. Then, I started San Andreas. I loaded my game. The loading bar goes half way and stops, and San Andreas stops responding. WTF? Why is it doing this? Do vehicle mods even work with Second Edition, FLUX!! Also, I have come accross NO save games for Second Edition. I have tried numerous saves. I add them to my GTA San Andreas User Files folder in My Documents, and the game save DOES show up on the loading screen in-game, but, when I load it it starts off with the intro and then afterward the intro it goes to the beginning of the game when you are standing by the bicycle. What the hell??? Is there a patch or something I can get to fix these two problems. Also, I have never come accross a trainer that works with Second Edition. And I take it that Multi-Theft-Auto is incompatable with Second Edition? If there is a fix or patch or anything that I can do manually to fix this, than please help me, I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER!!! dxk
I had those problems in Vice, I think it happens when your running with mods that take too much graphics or when your running on a slow system. Best try uninstall and re-install. But wait don't do it just now wait for he experts to come in and advice on the topic By the way resize your sig

Supra4
You can mod v2.0, but it's not so easy. Look here for a full description of the modding process for 2.0 And I've played MTA on San Andreas v1.0 . Don't know about 2.0 , but I doubt MTA will work on that . If you really want to play MTA, you'll need to google on how to downgrade from 2.0 to 1.0 . Makes modding a lot easier as well. thomwarn
Hey, thx for showing me that post on modding V2, supra. I read through the whole thing. It seemed complicated for me, then I was reading down some of the replies and someone posted a link for the v2.0 >> v1.0 downgrader and I got that. Now everything works! Cars, mods, trainers, save games, everything!!! Thanks
