In a nutshell,

"A Zombie Modification for Vice City"

 

What makes this different from all the other zombie mods?

 

Well basicly, It's focussed more on crazy Melee weapons

And a big plus is it isn't set in Vice City It's a Completely from scratch made town modeled with my bare hands... and TripleAs did some crap too, Flat Face made the hud icons and various other textures

It also features Zombie walking animations, Thats right Zombies will walk.

They won't sprint madly at you like you have candy stuck to your ass or something

Lots of funny easter eggs,

 

Basicly everything is finished Except the intro and the scm code to randomly spawn zombies around the map

Stop quoting the full posts with pictures, you morons.

 

Looks great, brilliant zombie animations but I'm a bit iffy about this seeing as you've already got one cancelled project which looked interesting behind you.

 

On the other hand it was heavily farfetched and you've already got stuck in to the main things in this mod (zombie walking, etc).

 

But good luck anyway.

I don't think that combat style would be possible in Gta VC.

as it would require player/ped interaction animations,

something VC is not capeable of as far as I know..

dozingoff.gif That video is kind of tricky...looks good , but ..its anim wait state(drinking) when picked up...and then you throw the model off from the player hand...thats kind of imposible...unless you have remplaced the drink for the hand granade...

so...what im saying is....The empty bottle explode :s since you cut up the demo-video ...we dont see it exploding...

Here's the secret:

 

It's an invisible health pickup and Teargas that does nothing when thrown spawned in the same place,

 

You pick it up and drink it with shoot.

 

It just looks cool and gives the game a small bit on realism...

nobody ever gets better from walking into a floating heart,

I think actually drinking what you pick up is just cool is all.

 

but i'm still not done with it. i'm still wanting to make it so when you pick it up it doesn't give you health unless you throw it away (after he's done drinking) and not when you pick it up

I'm pretty sure about this one: The pizzaboy submission is using this opcode, when you are on a bike...

 

BTW: The easiest thing is to use an other pickup and check when the player has the bottle and presses "fire"... when the player does that, his health will be restored..

 

Or just use another kind of health pickup, where it takes from your money.. So if you don't have enough cash, it wont replenish your health.

no no no, the health he's getting is from the invisible health pickup
