I bought every GTA game from the series and when I found out GTA4 was set in NY I came on here to see the updates on whats going to be new in the game. I dont care about the "what ifs" just whats going to be in it. I didnt know cops werent allowed to play video games or use the internet like a normal person, because after all we are different right? As I've said you've proven nothing but you don't know how to truly answer any question I ask you with a actual answer. If you're a NYPD cop then I work homicides for the Homicide Department. Because I was bombarded with questions and after you asked me to answer the question the second time I went back pages to read the question. In fact as per PBA and our patrol guide we are not permitted to answer questions withought notifying DCPI of the question and our answer to it. Again as per PBA we are also not permitted to answer questions until we notify a union delegate of the question and our answer. So we are not supposed to answer questions swiftly, and everything we do answer has to be backed up by 1. car logs in our log sheet. 2. Memo book entries 3. 61 complainant forms 4. the PG 5. any misc. documents. The patrol guide is not online and an official document of the NYPD. Uploading that or any official NYPD photos (such as ID cards are a violation of the law and I can either face termination or a 10 day rip). Most of the time you have the porch monkeys sitting on the curb in front of a gas station or on the steps of a PJ drinking with their boys. The real problem is in the actual PJ's, the almond smell and stair wells full of piss so when a cop comes up for a vertical they slip on the piss and fall down the stairs. The crackheads on the roof giving BJ's for crack and then you have the 15-20 year olds who watched their older brothers growing up on the street, and got them involved, so the young ones are now runners since they face no criminal prosecution except for family court. But then you have the wanna be gangstas who are tough on the outside and puzzies on the inside who will walk in groups and once they break up its back inside for bedtime.....but the mother doesnt know about it because she's collecting wellfare and getting a quick fix before her shift at the 2 dollar diner on the corner.....if she's lucky she'll pick up a guy there who will be good for a month and pay some bills and watch her kids for the small price of head and a couple smacks to the old lady so the "man can feel big" ahhh the ghetto....
