Its called commanding respect, thankfully something I learned early on by an oldtime TPF cop who kicked a$$ and took names. The "true" gangstas get their beads torn off everytime they get flipped and dont have the balls to bite back. So drop the whole gangstas are the toughest act, because theirs no gang at my strength. " Do you think I honestly give a shyt about being politically correct???? forgive me if the system has corrupted my view of the ghetto but believe me, they painted that picture for themselves. 99.99% of housing development residents have or had drug problems that landed them in that position for the working .001% I go out of my way to help them out. at 6:45 in the morning I drive their kids to school (one family out of PSA9 who's been through and lost alot, definately has my respect) then I make sure a sector picks them back up in the afternoon because the local dealers tries to get them to run the dope and money so they cant get locked up... When fresh out of the academy they send you to the WORST precincts in the city, then throw you on a foot post by yourself and hand you a hagstrom map, and your radio. Since your a probie you dont know the radio codes, or where the fvck you are, so you use your verbal judo to your advantage, get into scruffles and you begin to learn how to defend yourself. For the guys who dont mind getting into fights....or actually like it, they stay on foot for the first couple years, the guys who dont like it either work inside or in a relief car. I stayed on the same foot post for 2 years locking the same people up over and over again. I've had "air mail" (any thing heavy thrown off a roof to hit a cop) dopped at me more times than I dropped my pen. The guys on this website have no fvcking clue as to what goes on in the day of a life of a cop, then they have the ballz to call me a puzzy and them a tough guy.
